The Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech) will be responsible for planning and implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy. This includes developing sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves designing and managing recruitment processes, analyzing organizational development, and representing the company at events. The goal is to network and build relationships with potential candidate communities while staying informed on industry trends. The role requires proactive market intelligence gathering and suggesting improvements for talent acquisition. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, tech market mapping, and communication with stakeholders.
Must have:
  • 3-7 years of experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in hiring candidates for tech function.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process.
  • Hands-on experience with an Application Tracking System.
  • Impactful communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
  • Uses project management disciplines to define the value and purpose of the objective, the stakeholders, deliverables, and milestones. Works with stakeholders during the year to ensure successful execution. 
  • Prepares and manages the communication strategy that explains the purpose behind each program or project and manages an engagement program to drive successful implementation.
  • Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
  • Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
  • Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best candidate experience.
  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
  • Represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the industry

Job requirements and qualifications

  • Previous working experience, preferably as a Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3-7 years.
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a similar relevant field
  • Have prior experience in hiring candidates for the technology function and have a good understanding of Tech market mapping.
  • Excellent understanding of the full cycle recruitment process 
  • Hands-on experience with an Application tracking system 
  • Impactful communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
