The Role:

Gameopedia is looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our next growth phase. The role requires a candidate who will be highly motivated, self-directed and able to thrive in an atmosphere of ambiguity and rapid development, while also fostering an environment of multidisciplinary collaboration, innovation and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, creating and posting job ads on various platforms, screening CVs, managing interviews, and overseeing employee onboarding.

  • Host recruitment events and participate in job fairs.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify future staffing needs.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

  • Create and distribute internal communications.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events as required.

  • Ensure confidentiality of all HR-related documents and business matters.

  • Respond to internal and external recruitment-related inquiries, providing assistance as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

  • Experience in IT recruitment.

  • Dependability, responsiveness to feedback, and ability to follow instructions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

  • Ability to meet individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proactive, with the ability to thrive in situations of ambiguity.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant IT industry experience.

Education: Any graduate degree, A HR degree is a plus.

Location: Hyderabad, Full-time.
