The Impact of a Technical Account Manager, Suppliers at Coupa:

The Technical Account Manager, Suppliersowns the operational processes for integrating assigned suppliers with Coupa customers. This includes initiation/scoping of the integration through configuration, solutioning, testing, go live activities and ongoing support. In addition to the technical scope of the role, the Technical Account Manager, Suppliers is responsible for Supplier account management and the associated duties. This includes being the first point of contact, pipeline management, business review management, issue/escalation management, facilitating long-term growth, and ownership of the Supplier account.

• Manage multiple integration projects, ensuring effective prioritization, clear communication, and alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Coupa integrations, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, Level 1 support, and driving continuous improvement in integration operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, maintaining clear communication and fostering strong relationships across sales, integrations, customers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, supporting onboarding, coaching, and alignment with the Coupa Advantage program while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned suppliers, coordinating integration efforts, managing business reviews, and triaging technical issues with internal teams.

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in the Business Spend Management space, with a strong foundation in cXML integrations and a desire to deepen technical expertise.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present clearly and effectively to various audiences.
• Proven relationship-building and account management abilities, complemented by strong team collaboration and leadership qualities.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking, managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with adaptability, able to absorb new information rapidly and thrive amid evolving business and technical landscapes.
