Job Description

Temporary assignment for document migration to the Trimtab system. The work is exclusively on-site, Monday-Friday, with immediate start possible. Responsibilities include migrating commercial documentation to Trimtab, data entry according to defined standards, and parameterizing documents and agreements based on their content. The contract is for 1-2 months with a gross salary of 5000 (currency unspecified). The office is located near Stadion Narodowy and Dworc Wschodni metro stations. Onboarding and ongoing support will be provided.

Must have:

Experience with commercial documents
Excellent computer skills (data entry)
English language skills (document comprehension)

Job description

Poszukujemy osoby do realizacji tymczasowego zlecenia migracji dokumentacji do systemu Trimtab. Praca odbywa się wyłącznie stacjonarnie, w dni robocze (poniedziałek–piątek), z możliwością rozpoczęcia od zaraz.

Zakres obowiązków:

Migracja dokumentacji handlowej do systemu Trimtab.
Wprowadzanie danych do systemu zgodnie z określonymi standardami.
Parametryzacja dokumentów i umów w oparciu o ich treść.

Job requirements

Wymagania:

Doświadczenie w pracy z dokumentami handlowymi.
Bardzo dobre umiejętności obsługi komputera w zakresie wprowadzania danych.
Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca zrozumienie treści dokumentów i warunków umów.

Oferujemy:
