Responsibilities:

TiMi Studio Group is an award-winning game development and operations team. It strives to improve the quality of entertainment for global gamers. TiMi is part of the Tencent Games division and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China with offices in Los Angeles, Montreal, Seattle, Tokyo, Shanghai and Chengdu. TiMi strives to create high quality, highly creative games with high fidelity across a wide variety of genres and platforms.

  • 日本市場におけるTiMi Studio GroupのIPコラボレーションなどビジネスチャンス捉える・実現するサポートを行い、ライセンサーとの交渉を推進すること。
  • 日本のIPパートナーと良好な協力関係を構築・維持し、円滑なコミュニケーションと長期的な協力を確保すること。

Requirements:

応募条件
  • 日本市場におけるIPパートナーに精通している方:日本大手ゲーム会社、出版社、テレビ局、アニメ制作会社のプロデューサー、ディレクター、上級管理職との人脈を有する方。主要なクリエイターや意思決定者と積極的に確固たる関係を構築できる方
  • アニメ版権・ゲーム業界で15年以上の勤務経験をお持ちの方。大手ライセンサーとのビジネスとパートナーシップを管理し、戦略的な協力関係を推進できる経験がある方。
  • ゲーム業界における開発、パブリッシング、運営プロセスに精通している方。また、エンターテインメント業界の企業との協力経験がある方を優先する。
  • 日本語が母国語レベルであり、英語または中国語のコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可。コミュニケーション能力に優れ、チャレンジ精神が旺盛な方。
