Job Description
OKX is seeking an experienced Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Expert to lead the strategy, design, and execution of its long-term reward programs, including token-based incentives, equity, and hybrid plans, across multiple jurisdictions. This pivotal role ensures compensation aligns with the company's Crypto and Web3 business model, maintaining compliance, transparency, and market competitiveness. The expert will manage global LTI programs, ensure compliance with employment, tax, and securities regulations in various regions, and collaborate with legal and finance teams, including on crypto-specific issues. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, creating bilingual communication materials, and analyzing LTI effectiveness and cost forecasting. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Expert to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our long-term reward programs, including token-based incentives, equity, and hybrid plans, across multiple jurisdictions. This role is pivotal in aligning our compensation philosophy with our Crypto and Web3 business model, ensuring compliance, transparency, and market competitiveness. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to support collaboration across our APAC and global teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- LTI Design & Administration
- Design and manage global long-term incentive programs, including pool planning, vesting schedules, distribution, and communications.

- LTI-related Global Compliance & Governance
- Ensure global compliance with employment, tax, and securities regulations in jurisdictions such as the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and the EU.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and external counsel to navigate crypto-specific issues

- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Act as the lead LTI expert for LTI-related questions, interfacing with stakeholders at all levels including C level senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance on 409a (or similar) equity valuations to execute comprehensive LTI plans.
- Support investor relations and board reporting on equity/token incentive strategies.

- Communications & Enablement
- Develop bilingual (English & Mandarin) communication and training materials explaining tokenomics and incentive mechanics to employees and advisors.
- Act as an internal consultant for Human Resources Business Partners and internal and external legal counsel on LTI strategy in emerging markets and new entity setups.

- Data, Modeling & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and data workflow between systems
- Lead configuration of LTI module in HRIS system on the Total Rewards side
- Analyze LTI effectiveness, dilution modeling, and cost forecasting for token and equity plans.
- Support audit and reporting requirements, including equity cap table, vesting cliffs, and fair value analysis.

What We Look For In You
- 10+ years of total rewards/equity design & administration experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech.
- Deep knowledge of global equity compensation, including pool planning, burn rate modeling, vesting, cliffs, and liquidity events.
- Excellent analytical skills; expert level in Excel and experience with RSU/Share/token cap table
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, both written and verbal.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong global experience managing incentive programs across Asia, North America, and Europe.
- Understanding of crypto regulatory frameworks (SEC, MAS, HKMA, etc.) and tax implications
