OKX is seeking an experienced Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Expert to lead the strategy, design, and execution of its long-term reward programs, including token-based incentives, equity, and hybrid plans, across multiple jurisdictions. This pivotal role ensures compensation aligns with the company's Crypto and Web3 business model, maintaining compliance, transparency, and market competitiveness. The expert will manage global LTI programs, ensure compliance with employment, tax, and securities regulations in various regions, and collaborate with legal and finance teams, including on crypto-specific issues. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, creating bilingual communication materials, and analyzing LTI effectiveness and cost forecasting. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

- Deep knowledge of global equity compensation
