Job Description

The Transaction Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with the company’s trading accounts, growing overall revenues and volumes on LSEG FX Venues, establishing scalable processes, regularly engaging with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer happiness. The role also involves onboarding new clients to the platform. Candidates should have experience in Relationship Management, Sales, or Operations within financial markets, demonstrating strong team management skills and the ability to exceed targets. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills are also important.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing relationships with the company’s trading accounts.
  • To grow overall revenues and volumes on LSEG FX Venues
  • To establish scalable processes that ensure a smooth experience for new and existing clients of the product
  • To regularly engage with key clients and sell the vision of what LSEG FX means
  • Identify opportunities for growing volume and revenue from the existing customer base and ensure customer happiness.
  • Achieve defined team targets of volume and client retention across the portfolio of accounts.
  • Onboard new clients to the platform.

The role holder should be experienced in one or more of the following:

  • Relationship Management, Sales or Operations with a background in financial markets
  • The candidate must be a highly professional, self-motivated and prioritized individual with a track record of team management and exceeding targets.
  • Key areas of competence are Relationship Management and Client Services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge & Skill :

  • Mid-level professional with knowledge in a technical subject area or specialization
  • Position for a developing professional building experience in their specialist function
  • Good understanding of roles of relevant functional groups in own area
  • Suggests process improvement following investigative, analytic or diagnostic services.

  • Be accountable for straight-forward projects and associated teams
  • Provides input to the objectives and goals of the department
  • Participates in sophisticated projects that affect a Business Unit or regional area

Strategic Planning & Decision Making :

  • Sets priorities to meet deadlines; develops plans to meet short-term objectives
  • Applies a wide range of policies or standards in straightforward situations
  • Identifies and resolves standard technical and operational problems
  • Decisions involve interpretation of data, planning own work, or refining the methods and techniques to be used
