The Visa Direct Ecosystem Support Manager coordinates and tracks product pipelines, assesses business needs, and manages Visa Direct products. Responsibilities include delivering project reports, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, sales, compliance, etc.), supporting multiple geographies, and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) internally and externally. The role requires strong communication, project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Working with the Global Data Products team to implement new data products and support the data products development process is also a key responsibility.

Job Description

  • Coordination and tracking the execution of current product pipelines.
  • Assess the needs of the business and process requirements for improved operational efficiencies and automation potential.
  • Become the subject matter expert and assume product management responsibilities for Visa Direct products and propositions.
  • Lead the coordination of activity to deliver up-to-date reporting on execution of Visa Direct projects, including well-structured analysis of current status.
  • Understand and review market trends, client needs, competitive landscapes, and overarching privacy and regulatory environments.
  • Commercial focus on priority outcomes, including related company targets.
  • Be able to flex, collaborate and build credibility across local and global cross-functional teams, including partners and stakeholders as required - across multiple disciplines including product, sales, compliance, operations, finance, legal/regulation and marketing.
  • Support multiple geographies, country leads and account executives for opportunities and pilots and rollouts.
  • Provide product support as well as the communication for regional teams on Visa Direct Ecosystem Readiness.
  • Work with Global Data Products team to timely implement new Data products and support the data products development process.
  • Act as SME providing the voice of Visa Direct Ecosystem Team within Visa and externally in Visa client meetings, ensuring awareness and Visa leadership role in Visa Direct.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of work experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum of 1 year of analytical expertise
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts both internal to Visa and with the client.
• Digitally curious, follows industry trends and can utilize this exposure to provide compelling supporting information to Visa’s product, customer experience and digital recommendations.
• Skilled in managing complex issues and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills.
• Hands-on skills in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy and Excel are an advantage.
• Development and preparation of executive level briefs.
• Deep understanding of market trends, and the competitive landscape in the card payment industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management principles related to financial products.
• An affinity for payments technology and its future.
