Become a part of an exciting adventure bringing fun & truly social experience to millions of players around the world! This position reports to the Product Director (VP of Product) and is based in Warsaw, Poland. We are an in-office first company and we work in a hybrid, 3 days from office mode.
In this role you will:
Collaborate with the Product Director and the XFN teams to support the product vision by developing product Roadmaps, PRD’s (Product Requirement Documents) and create consensus on backlog tasks.
Develop systems design thinking and design player journeys that drive engagement and growth, centered on players motivations and behaviors and our games’ core principles.
Create product roadmaps and work hands on with a development team to ensure on time delivery of best-in-class features.
Use data and collaborate with BI/BA teams to solve problems and predict opportunities while building product roadmap, assessing ROI and prioritizing features.
Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/UX & flows, wireframes, define AB tests and user stories, prioritize backlog based on the expected outcomes.
Keep all stakeholders aligned and build a common understanding of product goals and progress across all participating teams.
Collaborate closely with the economy and monetization teams to achieve a well balanced player experience across the features you are developing or optimizing.
Support marketing in go-to-market strategies and use marketing insights for feature development.
Analyze game and player behavior data on an ongoing basis to define hypotheses and identify opportunities for improvement and threats.
Participate in player feedback research, map out player preferences, and act as the player’s voice in product decisions.
Perform market research for top grossing mobile games and be a domain expert on the highest impact features and experiences for the social casino segment and mobile gaming as a whole.
Most wanted:
Proven track record of pushing the envelope in gaming product space.
+2 years product experience working on top grossing mobile games.
+4 years experience in product management or game design for mobile games.
Proficient with self-service analytics, ability to export and analyze data to produce meaningful insights.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
Literacy in statistics and economy.
