Scopely is looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team in Dublin on a hybrid/remote basis.

What You’ll Do
As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will support the lasting success of our studio and our hit game, Star Trek™ Fleet Command. You will help our Lead Technical Product Manager maintain smooth workflows, clear communication, and well-balanced roadmaps for internal tools and technical initiatives.
You will work between our core technical teams and our internal users to ensure that we understand their needs and deliver high-quality technology and tooling that supports the smooth operation and development of STFC.

- Assist the Lead Technical Product Manager (TPM) in the smooth operation of the Technical Product for our Core Tech Cluster.
- Write succinct and effective documents describing project goals and requirements so that our engineering teams can execute on them with confidence.
- Assist the Lead TPM in requirements gathering, stakeholder relationships and roadmap planning.
- Help track in-development projects, ensuring key requirements are fulfilled and are not lost during production.
- Support communication between tech teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritise technical needs.
- Gather and communicate feedback on internal tools to ensure they are user-friendly and effective.
- Support the gathering of priorities from leadership and stakeholders by developing workflows to capture both large projects and smaller bug fixes and improvements.
What You’ll Need
- Some experience working in a team environment, ideally within a technology, game development, or software-related field.
- A strong ability to think critically and communicate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them in a simplified way to stakeholders.
- To love games and have a strong understanding of standard gaming concepts and ideas.
Bonus Points
- Exposure to software development practices and technical tools.
- Exposure to game engines, tooling and a familiarity with basic game development.
- 1-3 years or more experience in software engineering, QA or Production.
- 1-3 Years of more experience in Technical Product Management in another tech industry
