Scopely is looking for a Director, CRM to join our Marketing Team in Culver City on a hybrid basis or remotely in the US!

The Marketing team deeply understands a game’s audience, creative strategy and priorities. They are the glue between the Brand, Product, and our Player Communities that will redefine our social strategy to amplify our games across new and existing social channels while building a meaningful community for our players.
As the Director of CRM at Scopely, you will serve as a subject matter expert, spearheading initiatives that enhance our customer relationship capabilities across Scopely’s diverse portfolio of games. You will be pivotal in shaping our company’s CRM strategy, aligning it with our technological advancements and market trends. Additionally, you will have a key role in shaping and selecting the technologies and tools that support our CRM efforts, ensuring they are optimised to drive significant improvements in player engagement and retention. Your vision and leadership will influence both strategic and technological advancements, creating a seamless and impactful player experience.
What You Will Do:
Act as a visionary, defining what exceptional CRM looks like and implementing this vision across the organisation.
Collaborate with live and slate game teams to understand their specific needs, offering expert advice and driving relevant initiatives.
Influence the development of central technology roadmaps, ensuring tools and technologies align with game team requirements and overall business goals.
Conduct comprehensive industry analysis to benchmark against leading practices in gaming and related sectors.
Assess and report on the current tech stack, identifying capabilities of existing tools and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams, ensuring successful strategies and learnings are communicated and replicated where applicable.
Create and maintain a playbook of best practices and benchmarks that can be utilized company-wide to enhance CRM efforts.
Develop and execute a roadmap for priority CRM projects that span multiple games, as well as initiatives tailored to specific games.
Define macro goals and KPIs for CRM at Scopely, crafting a vision that integrates with broader business targets.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years experience in CRM leadership, 2+ years within the gaming industry.
Technical proficiency with CRM tools and technologies, with the ability to influence tech roadmaps and integrations.
Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration and driving change across diverse teams.
For candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $139,400 - $205,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
