Looking for someone to join the high-functioning, yet small team focused on the B2C space through fast design thinking and seamless user experiences. Someone who can create intuitive and effective solutions that empower businesses and drive operational excellence. I am looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us achieve our AOP goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Ability to see through the design process from concept to implementation for B2C products related to ads, pod operations, and supply chain management.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

User Experience:

• Conduct user immersion to gather insights, understand challenges and validate design decisions.
• Develop journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform design strategies.
• Advocate for the end-user experience and ensure designs meet user needs and expectations.

Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving:

• Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the success of design solutions.
• Identify and address design-related challenges in complex systems, ensuring smooth and efficient user experiences.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work proactively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design insights, and deliver high-quality products.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive and Agile:

• Quickly pick up concepts to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities with agility and resilience.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and final designs.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
