As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be the central figure in our main office in Stockholm, while also overseeing the operations in our offices in Västerås and Växjö. You'll be part of the global office team, reporting to the Office Lead in Stockholm, and focus on creating an engaging work environment. This role involves close collaboration with local and global teams, managing daily office operations, handling external partner relationships, and organizing events to enhance employee experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a great workplace culture and contribute to global initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, collaborating with landlords and suppliers, planning and executing office events, and managing health and safety protocols.
Must have:
- Proven experience in office management
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A people person providing exceptional service
Good to have:
- Experience in a similar role overseeing multiple locations
- Experience working with budgets and vendors
- Experience in a global company
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Job Details
As our Workplace Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our main office in Stockholm, while also overseeing the operations at our offices in Västerås and Växjö. You will be part of a dynamic Global Office team, reporting to the Office Lead based in Stockholm, focused on creating a vibrant and engaging work environment. This role will involve working closely with local teams and collaborating with global counterparts. You will oversee each office's day-to-day operations, manage relationships with external partners, and organize events, enhancing employee experience. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in fostering a great workplace culture while contributing to global initiatives.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Ensuring the smooth daily operations of our Stockholm, Västerås, and Växjö offices, including managing supplies, budgets, and facilities.
- Collaborating with landlords and suppliers to maintain a high standard of office facilities.
- Planning and executing office events, including weekly and monthly gatherings and global meet-ups, in alignment with global teams.
- Managing health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proven experience in office management and event planning.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
- A people person with a natural ability to provide exceptional service.
