Responsibilities include dynamically adjusting the release strategy based on product characteristics and market conditions, ultimately being responsible for the product's revenue goals. The role requires close collaboration with the development team to provide optimization suggestions for game themes, gameplay systems, level design, commercialization, and long-term operation, and to ensure the progress and quality of collaborations. Staying updated on industry trends and potential gameplay/themes is crucial. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of game operation and publishing experience, ideally with a large DAU product in Japan. A deep understanding of game lifecycles, long-term operation experience, strong game aesthetic, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.
