SS&C Blue Prism began building the Japan team in 2017, and it has grown to approximately 50  headcount. The current focus is to become the recognized thought leader and only true enterprise Intelligent Automation solution in Japan - with the top 250 companies in Japan widely using SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation software.

This organization sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales so the ability to work well across functions is essential.

 

Native level Japanese in both verbal and written communication is a must, and basic level English is desired.

The following knowledge and experience will give the successful candidate a head start:

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in lead qualification, lead generation, and sales (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)

·        Track record of exceeding (meetings) quota targets

·        Experience qualifying leads or selling enterprise grade (Cloud, AI, ML) software is highly desirable

·        Passion for Blue Prism and a strong drive to navigate large, complex organizations to share your knowledge about the product

·        Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesloft.com is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

·        Develop and qualify opportunities within medium and large enterprises

·        Follow a defined qualification process and workflow for inbound/outbound leads

·        Lead qualification includes heavy use of phone and email on a daily basis to meet activity goals.

·        Prospect and identify key executives at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship

·        Work closely with our Sales team to set up meetings and build a pipeline.

·        Make every potential Blue Prism prospect happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close

·        Ensure a smooth lead handoff from the BDR team to Sales

·        Manage, track, and report your activities and results using Salesforce.com and Salesloft.com

職務概要:

くの顧客直接接、市場のニーズをじることができる新規事業開発(インサイドセールス担当頂きます
直接顧客折衝やフィールドセールスとの連携活用した顧客開拓から、俯瞰した顧客開拓HowToけていくことが可能です
また、近年注目され続けているIntelligent Automation業界の現場をフルに体験することができ、自身のスキルアップ/キャリアアップにもつなげていくことができ、フラットな環境で、自らの背策が直接サービスの成長に直結するため責任重大ながらも最大級の達成感を得ながらスキル向上が期待できます。

求める人物像:

·        2年以上内勤もしくは外勤営業経験

·        電話、文字、対面でのビジネスコミュニケーション力

·        自ら目標設定/アクションプランを作成し主体的に行動できる方

·        日本語(母国語レベル)、英語(日常会話レベル

·        Salesforceの経験(歓迎)

·        テクノロジー/ソフトウェア業界の経験(歓迎)

職務内容:

·        新規ビジネス案件の発掘を目標に活動いただきます

·        電話/メール/SNSを駆使したリードの発掘/醸成/クオリフィケーション

·        イベント参加者わせのフォロー対応

·        営業チームマーケティングチームとの連携

·        Salesforceなどのシステムを使用して、顧客管理も行います
