■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
PlayStationのゲーム開発に必須となるソフトウェア開発環境の品質向上に貢献するポジションです。
具体的には、SDK開発におけるテスト計画の策定から結果報告に至るまでの一連の進行管理、
テスト用途のソフトウェア開発、自動テスト環境の開発・運用、テスト実施等をマネジメントするローカルのテクニカル・オペレーションリード業務をお任せします。
配属先は、ライセンシー向けのSDKの品質管理・向上に関わっており、PlayStationビジネスのキーとも言える役割を担っています。
ゲーム開発会社（サードパーティ）や、周辺機器メーカーが利用するソフトウェア環境の品質に対応しており、
3DオーディオやVRといったPlayStationの新しい機能や技術基盤に関わることが多く、業務におけるやりがいも継続的に見出せます。
また、日常的に海外にいる同僚やSDK関係者とコミュニケーションを取った上で業務を遂行します。

■組織：職場紹介 / About team and organization:
PlayStation用ゲーム・ソフトウェア開発の基盤となるSDK開発を担当する部門の中で、様々なフォーマット向けSDKの品質向上に貢献しています。
少数精鋭の組織ながら、常駐業務委託・海外オフショア拠点合わせて80人以上の技術者の力を結集して業務を行っています。
リソースを最大限に活用し、日常的なグローバル協業で業務効果の最大化を担います。
また、同様の役割を持つ海外パートナーとも日々コミュニケーションを行っており、業界をリードする欧米のQuality Engineeringを学ぶことができる職場です。
SDKはゲームだけでなくオペレーティングシステムそのものを構成する一部でもあり、PlayStationフォーマットのソフトウェア品質の要になる業務です。
品質管理環境の構築においては、仕様策定だけでなく、グローバルな協業から自社人員によるプログラミング・統合システム構築なども活発に行われており、やりがいも見出せます。
他部署のエンジニアとの交流も盛んで、総じて活気がありフランクな職場です。システムソフトウェア・ネットワークサービス、ゲームソフト等の品質管理部門とは別部署である点はご留意ください。

■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications:
【必須（MUST）】
いずれかに合致すること（両方の経験があるのが望ましいです）
 ・ソフトウェア開発経験が１年以上あること
 ・ソフトウェア品質管理業務経験が１年以上あること

※上記に加え、日本語で社内外の対応が円滑に行えることと、
英語で技術文書の読み書き、及びSW開発者・エンジニアとコミュニケーション及び
ディスカッションできるレベルの英会話力、または近い将来そうなるという志のある方（尚可：TOEIC 750相当の英語力）
