Job Description

The Accounts Assistant will support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial reporting. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial matters. Must have:
  • Advanced diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Good understanding of IFRS
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • iGaming industry knowledge
  • Experience in using ERP and BI systems

ABOUT THE ROLE           
 
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in the fast-paced iGaming sector. In this role, you’ll support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial reporting. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial matters. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in a dynamic and tech-driven industry.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:                 
  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and performing reconciliations using automation tools.
  • Liaise with PSPs and internal teams to help resolve discrepancies and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Recording of accruals and prepayments as part of the month-end process.
  • Assist with and respond to audit-related queries.
  • Preparation of treasury-related ad hoc reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury and PSP processes by flagging inefficiencies or inconsistencies.
               
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
   
Essential Skills:        
  • Advanced Level, Advanced Diploma or similar in Accounting or Finance.
  • Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Nice to have skills:          
  • iGaming industry knowledge.
  • Experience in using an ERP and BI systems such as Netsuite and Tableau.
