You will be part of the enterprise-facing AI product team and can help us to achieve our mission. Responsibilities 1. Focus on the technical support of voice large model features (voice cloning/TTS/ASR) and provide professional support services. 2. Be responsible for integration and can efficiently solve problems. Take responsibility for the quality and experience of customer service, and conduct reviews on the technical feasibility of projects. 3. Regularly summarize and accumulate knowledge bases and technical documents, and promote the optimization of internal processes.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors, with 3+ years work experience related to AI voice. Preferred Qualifications 1. Have a good understanding of basic network knowledge and be familiar with the WebSocket protocol. 2. Be familiar with at least one programming language, and be capable of running demos, troubleshooting problems, and making appropriate modifications. 3. Be familiar with technical solutions such as gateways, authentication, and SSO. Have an understanding of various synchronous/asynchronous APIs to assist customers in completing the integration. 4. Comprehend the business forms of ByteDance products as well as the definitions and connection methods of external APIs. Establish long-term cooperation and gradually develop a standard delivery approach.
