The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Capital Structure Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing and managing capital structure data  

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyse capital structure data for public and private companies, using financial reports and company press releases.
·       Client Support: Address ongoing client requests regarding capital structures, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
·       Quarterly Updates: Conduct quarterly reviews of capital structures for stressed and distressed companies.
·       Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including credit research to ensure alignment on data interpretation and reporting.
·       Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis processes for enhanced efficiency.

Skills:
·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
·       Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably with a focus on capital structures or fixed income data.
·       Programming skills like Python, SQL is a plus.
·       Strong understanding of accounting and finance, including financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement), gained through academic coursework, work experience, or a graduate training program.
·       Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
·       Ability to extract insights from complex financial transaction details
·       Reliable, helpful and a team member with good work ethics with ability to work in a team-based environment, with a sense of teamwork and cooperation.
·       Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
·       Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
·       Entrepreneurial mindset to problem solving.
