The client is a leading music distribution and promotion company committed to helping artists grow their music careers. They offer a range of services from playlist placements to marketing strategies. They are seeking dedicated an Appointment Setter with a passion for music and customer service to join their growing team.

Role Overview

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for finding and qualifying music artists through Spotify to purchase our client's music promotion services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of music, and the ability to use a CRM effectively.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential music artists on Spotify
• Qualify leads based on their eligibility for our client's services
• Reach out to artists through Instagram, email, and other channels
• Follow up with artists to schedule calls with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM

• Passion for music and the music industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Spotify
• Ability to use a CRM to track leads and manage sales pipelines
• Persistent and results-oriented mindset
• Previous sales or setting experience preferred

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (6 days/week, 8 hours/day) aligned with Atlantic time zone (GMT -3:00)
