Your responsibilities include contributing to milestone and business reviews, greenlight decision-making, and defining visual best practices. You will collaborate with developer support teams and deliver a successful slate of games. This role involves influencing the in-game and marketing art direction, providing feedback, and contributing to the growth of external teams. You will not be leading the visual design of your own single title, but rather being a critical stakeholder on several key titles and contributing to the growth of external teams that are leading the XR industry.
