Job Description

As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, setting the agency up for success, and contributing to the development of creative solutions that deliver the brief and move the business forward. You will also manage client expectations, project budget and timing, and creative direction. You will be expected to have a fundamental understanding of creative development process and knowledge of media channels leveraged by DX. You will partner with Project Management in keeping clients updated and engaging leadership to maintain momentum toward deliverables. You will also be responsible for budget accuracy to ensure work isn't exceeding approved funds. You will work with internal agency peers to contribute to the development of creative solutions that deliver the brief and move the business forward. You will have a basic understanding of our client's brand, providing thought partnership through knowledge of their business and effective marketing solutions. You will also build relationships with your client and discipline partners through combination of face-to-face interactions and electronic communications.
Must have:
  • 2-4 years of professional marketing experience
  • Knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production process supporting each
  • Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams
  • Keep current on the pulse of the ad industry and the competitive landscape
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

You will report to Sr Manager-Account Manager

What You Will Do

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • You have 2-4 years of professional marketing, ad agency (in-house or agency), brand management, media, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production process supporting each.
  • Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams.
  • Keep current on the pulse of the ad industry and the competitive landscape.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA, is $66,600.00-$89,300.00 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
