Job Description

As an Associate QA Analyst, you will contribute to ensuring the quality of Kabam's games by developing and executing test plans, collaborating with development teams, and identifying areas for process improvement. You will work on assigned features, conduct end-to-end testing, and analyze test results to recommend enhancements. Proactively identifying and resolving blocking issues will be a key aspect of your role.

Must have:

1+ years of game testing experience
Solid understanding of Game Design
Familiarity with Android and Apple devices
Strong aptitude to learn quickly and effectively

We are looking for an Associate QA Analyst to join us for a 6-month contract. As part of the QA team, the Associate QA Analyst will work on the assigned test plan and task verification

process for their team. They will collaborate with our development partners and other QA team members to make sure the quality of Kabam's games are up to the standard we are known for.

In this role, you can expect to:

Help develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for assigned features or teams.
Follow verification processes for tasks and ensure their execution.
Collaborate with the QA department to identify areas for improvement in tools and processes.
Assist in the implementation of new tools and process enhancements.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with development partners.
Foster positive relationships with dependent QA teams for effective collaboration.
Help create detailed end-to-end test plans covering all relevant processes.
Assist in designing program documents to support the testing process.
Conduct and monitor the execution of test plans.
Analyze test results and recommend changes to test coverage, including automation test plans.
Work on features and proactively identify blocking issues.
Recommend, implement, and drive solutions to overcome blocking issues.

Your background includes:

1+ years of related game testing experience in a similar capacity, preferably for mobile games
Technical Abilities: Solid understanding of Game Design
Familiarity with both Android and Apple devices
Strong aptitude to learn quickly and effectively
