Job Description

As a Benefits Operations Specialist APAC, you will play a crucial role in supporting Remote's mission to simplify global employment. You will be responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing excellent support to employees. This involves tasks such as onboarding new employees onto benefits plans, processing benefit claims, resolving employee queries, and staying up-to-date on relevant legislation and industry best practices.

Must have:

Experience with benefits administration
Strong understanding of APAC employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in benefits software and systems

Good to have:

Experience with global benefits programs
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
