Job Description

The Business Interlock Associate Manager role involves improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs through talent development. Responsibilities include managing training resources, implementing evaluation methods to improve processes, and overseeing training programs to meet business needs. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and the ability to manage teams and/or work efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and reporting on trainee performance. This role requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems and the creation of new solutions, leveraging existing methods and procedures, and requires minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
Must have:

  • Experience in Training lead and batch management.

  • Experience with Insurance International.

What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development process The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.
What are we looking for? •Insurance International •Retirement Planning Services •Training Needs Analysis (TNA) •Written and verbal communication •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Collaboration and interpersonal skills •Strong analytical skills •Ability to perform under pressure •TRaining lead • •New Hire Training Batch Management and Reporting: • Operational Training End to End Planning, Execution and Management for all on boarding associates, Team Leads and other support functions baked in the organizational set-up of the project; • Management of all training resources; • Implementation of the Four Levels of Evaluation to measure training effectiveness for continuous business process improvement; • Implementation/Roll-out of required up-skilling, new products and services training, cross-skilling and continuous education program(s) and other training/education as needed to meet the identified business need(s). • Manage, govern and report on 30-60-90 trainee performance
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
