Job Description

As a Channel Solution Architect at Barracuda, you will be responsible for designing innovative cybersecurity solutions and empowering channel partners to protect their clients from cyber threats. You will build strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and collaborate on joint initiatives. This role requires deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies (email, firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint protection, backup and cloud security), strong sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert advice to partners and customers. The position involves up to 40% travel.
Must have:

What you’ll be working on
  • Become a Cyber Security Superhero: Thwart cyberattacks and protect businesses by designing innovative cybersecurity solutions and empowering channel partners to safeguard their clients.
  • Master of Partnerships: Forge strong alliances with channel partners by actively engaging with them, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating on joint initiatives.
  • Innovation Evangelist: Share your passion for cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions by conducting engaging presentations, webinars, and workshops, and participating in industry events.
  • Sales Force Multiplier: Equip channel partners with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in cybersecurity sales and drive business growth.
  • Problem-Solving Ninja: Crack complex cybersecurity puzzles and deliver exceptional customer experiences by troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert advice.
What you bring to the role
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including email, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, backup and cloud security solutions with 5+ years of experience. 
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to build relationships with channel partners, drive sales, and present products with 5+ years of experience.  
  • Communication Prowess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, often under pressure. 
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with channel partners. 
  • Academic Credentials: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity. 
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 40% of the month.
