Playtika is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our global Team. The compensation & benefits team influences business and strategic decisions for our people by leading the design and development of global rewards programs and processes. Responsibilities: * Support global C&B processes such as salary review and bonus * Manage & support compensation plans & payments * Perform data analysis and provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations * Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations * Work and manage global processes in our Oracle system * Conduct ad-hoc market analysis * Support Global compensation & benefit projects * Work directly with internal stakeholders  such as Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Finance, and a variety of managers * Research and analyze internal and external data relating to compensation and benefit programs (including market trends and benchmarks) while considering our company culture.
Must have:
  • 2-3 Years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits analyst or business / financial analyst
  • Experience in a global work environment
  • Excellent in Excel & Power point
  • Fluent English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills
  • Report building skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Carry a wide strategic view
  • Independent, creative thinker who can work in a team environment
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
Good to have:
  • Macro (Excel) experience
