Digital Experience & Insights team at Adobe is seeking for a Senior Software Development Engineer with 12+ years of extensive experience in SaaS/cloud platforms, a strong foundational understanding of AI, and familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and Azure AI/ML technologies. You will play a critical role in integrating AI capabilities into our ServiceNow platform and other strategic initiatives. This senior position offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to transforming employee experiences through advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for integrating AI features into the ServiceNow platform and other cloud-based solutions in collaboration with the Employee Productivity organization.
Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and policies, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Define technical requirements for AI models and algorithms, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly AI interfaces within ServiceNow and other platforms.
Lead projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, and delivery.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess AI integration performance and identify areas for improvement.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance AI solutions.
Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and industry best practices, incorporating them into the product strategy and roadmap.
Oversee model training, optimization, and deployment within the ServiceNow environment.
Implement AI technologies to improve employee productivity, leveraging metrics to support predictions, recommendations, and growth strategies.
Identify and mitigate risks/blockers, working proactively to find solutions or workarounds.
Communicate effectively across teams to gather requirements and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
Provide regular status reports to promote clarity and visibility at various organizational levels, including senior leaders.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience with SaaS/cloud platforms, with a strong foundational understanding of AI technologies.
Proficiency in large language models (LLMs) and experience with Azure ML and Azure AI.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for AI and its potential to transform employee experiences and drive business growth.
Advanced experience in AI/ML fundamentals and hands-on implementation.
Experience with the ServiceNow platform is a plus.
Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their trends, including various libraries and tools.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record in a senior engineering role, with the ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
An eagerness and tenacity to learn and grow in the AI domain, with a willingness to tackle the unknown and challenge assertions.
