Consultant Associate Creative Director 

Contract Type: 6 month fixed-term contract

Your role within the Kingdom
The Associate Creative Director Consultant will join our in-house agency for a fixed-term 6-month contract to provide expert analysis and guidance to the Marketing Studio’s Performance Marketing team. This role will focus on assessing current creative workflows, advising on leadership and team development, and working closely with the Associate Production Director to implement improvements that will elevate the team's creative output and leadership capabilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Associate Production Director to thoroughly analyse the team’s operational workflows, balancing creativity with the high-volume demands typical in Performance Marketing.

  • Evaluate current team dynamics, leadership approaches, and collaboration models within the team.

  • Provide strategic recommendations and an action plan aimed at improving:

    • Team collaboration: Strengthen communication, cooperation, and trust within the team.

    • Decision-making processes: Offer guidance to improve clarity, consistency, and accountability in the team’s decision-making.

    • Creative vision: Support the team in aligning creative strategies with business goals and driving more innovative ideas.

    • Leadership development: Advise on building a sustainable, consistent leadership approach within the team, focusing on professional growth for the lead creative and senior creatives.

  • Work alongside the Associate Production Director to ensure these strategies are actionable and integrated into the team's workflow.

  • Conduct workshops and offer tailored coaching on creative leadership, team communication, and creating a positive team culture.

  • Provide ongoing support to the Associate Production Director and lead creative, serving as an advisor on creative direction and team leadership without assuming direct leadership responsibility.

  • Track progress and provide detailed reports on team improvements and areas for continued focus.
