Sounds great! What will I be doing? 🔎

As an Animator for the Game Studio, you will be responsible for creating bespoke animations and other real time visual content for our HTML5 games.

As a Senior within the team, you will also be responsible for supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team, maintaining, and developing the Game Studio animation and asset pipeline, and researching and developing new animation techniques and technologies.

You will work closely with our Product, R&D, and development teams to develop engaging visuals, and contribute to the various creative aspects of our game production process.

The successful candidate will work with our Game Studio teams to create real time animations and visual content for our games. To raise the bar and set a high standard for the rest of the Media team. To mentor and coach others in the team to achieve their best work.



What will I be doing? (But in bullet points) 🧐



  • Create animations for the games that are both immersive and engaging.
  • Structuring and coordination of an asset delivery pipeline to serve the game studio.
  • Technical mentoring of junior members of the team.
  • Optimise game assets for mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with other members of the game development team to create a cohesive and polished product.
  • Facilitate and run critique and functional meetings.
  • Work with the R&D team to understand their vision.
  • Produce prototype videos of game ideas or mechanics.

  • Strong understanding of an iterative approach to work
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of optimisation of assets for mobile platforms
  • Strong technical mentoring/coaching skills
  • Adobe suite knowledge
