Join PlayStation, where innovation, technology, and play converge to build a world-class entertainment experience. As a Corporate Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our Product Development and Operations team, by partnering closely with and supporting our dynamic teams developing new and innovative PlayStation peripheral products. • Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks associated with commercial agreements and provide actionable advice to mitigate those risks.
  • Mentorship and Compliance: Offer timely and practical guidance on risk management, internal policy compliance and contractual obligations.
  • Foster collaboration with different teams, including legal, security, procurement, and finance, to align with company objectives, meet regulatory requirements, and fulfill contractual obligations.

  • Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Compliance Focus: Strong focus on designing and implementing practical compliance solutions and operationalizing commitments.
