Location: Surat, India (Full-Time)

Job Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

We are looking for a Creative Director/Content Strategist who can help elevate our brand’s storytelling and content to the next level.


Role Overview:

As the Creative Director/Content Strategist at Avimee Herbal, you will lead the conceptualization, creation, and execution of innovative and engaging content across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that aligns with our brand vision, resonates with our audience, and drives growth. You will own the entire content lifecycle—from ideation to execution—and ensure a cohesive brand message is communicated across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Avimee Herbal’s brand vision, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create detailed content calendars, including social media posts, videos, blogs, product promotions, email newsletters, and more.
  • Conduct content audits and identify new opportunities for engaging with our audience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate relevant trends into the content strategy to maximize engagement.
  • Creative Direction:
  • Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring the brand’s message is consistent across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team (designers, videographers, photographers) to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Oversee the creation of videos, reels, carousels, tutorials, product demos, and educational content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Innovate and experiment with content formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor the content creation team, including writers, designers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and task management within the team to meet deadlines.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, foster creativity, and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Brand Development:
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand voice and visual identity across all content.
  • Build storylines around products, ingredients, and customer success stories that reflect the brand’s Ayurvedic roots and trustworthiness.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to translate product features into compelling content that resonates with consumers.
  • Performance & Optimization:
  • Track and analyze content performance using data analytics to measure engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Optimize content based on performance metrics and feedback to ensure it drives business goals, such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Regularly report on content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven work experience (5+ years) in content creation, creative direction, or content strategy, preferably for D2C or FMCG brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across social media, video, blogs, and other digital content formats.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of creatives.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional storytelling, creative thinking, and content development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of content strategies, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  • Understanding of video production, photography, graphic design, and editing processes.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and natural products.
  • A creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and open to feedback, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
