About the job

Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.


As the Creative Director, you will be leading the quality of all copywriting, content, and social media deliverables. Your role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, providing feedback to writers, and ensuring that all content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring its effectiveness across various platforms.


Note - Creative Agency background preferred.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality of all written content for Client delivery, including articles, blog posts, copies, marketing materials, social media posts, and more. Ensure content is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and expectations. Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and address any concerns or revisions promptly.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the content delivery and strategy process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with copywriters, editors, content writers, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Strategize copy ideas with clients, ensuring that content strategies effectively address their needs and goals.


Qualifications:


  • 8-10 years proven experience with a leading creative/ad agency
  • Team management skills
  • Escalation/crisis management in client facing roles
  • Strong creative portfolio
  • Training and skill development in the team
  • Client relationship building and management.
  • Regularly push and up creative standards of all accounts in the team.
