As we expand, we are seeking an exceptional Creative Team Leader to guide our visual identity from concept to execution. This role involves partnering with various departments, reviewing visual assets, mentoring a creative team, driving best practices, managing cross-functional collaboration, balancing daily tasks with long-term strategy, and delivering hands-on creative work.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, UI, or game art
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in the mobile games industry
- Strong visual and artistic skills
- Deep understanding of UI/UX and Figma
- Familiarity with Photoshop and game assets
- Experience in cross-team leadership
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Portfolio link required
Good to have:
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows

As we expand, we're seeking an exceptional Creative Team Leader to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape the overall visual identity of our games - from concept to execution
- Partner closely with Product, Monetization, CRM, and Marketing to align visual design with game goals
- Review and provide feedback on all visual assets, ensuring top-notch quality and coherence
- Maintain a high-level view of all art functions in the company to ensure visual consistency
- Build, mentor, and inspire a creative team working across multiple departments
- Drive the implementation of best practices, tools, and AI-powered workflows
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Animation, UI/UX, and Art
- Balance day-to-day execution with long-term creative strategy
- Deliver hands-on creative work if needed: UI, sketches, concept art, vision boards, and more
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in visual design, UI, or game art, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience working in the mobile games industry.
- Strong visual and artistic skills, with a sharp eye for detail and style
- Deep understanding of UI/UX, wireframes, and Figma workflows
- Solid familiarity with Photoshop and game-ready assets
- Experience in matrix management and cross-team leadership
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills - able to switch between vision and detail
- Experience in integrating AI tools into creative workflows
