Creator Partnership (Lemon8) Intern

Team Introduction: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Brainstorms and research on latest trends and development within the social media space, contribute to creative ideation - Review and provide insights to improve engagement and publishing rates - Expand and analyse creative angle, maintenance on a week to week basis - Regular data analysis of creator content performance and conduct 1-1 outreach to suggest improvement. - Design communication assets such as newsletters and cultivate close connections with creators for problem-solving, in order to develop a long-term influential user community

Minimum Qualifications: - Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week. - Solid interest and knowledge of social media channels, including Tiktok, Instagram, Threads, etc. - Ability to work independently and in a team, capable of problem-solving and detail oriented. - Has a good command of English and Malay language writing, editing and proofreading skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Highly motivated to learn, enthusiastic and initiative. - Good logical thinking and analysis. - Data driven.
