Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with creators, artists, and their representatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for creators, addressing their needs and concerns.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and engage emerging and established talent across various creative fields.
- Collaborate with the content acquisition team to source new and diverse content.
3. Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop strategic partnerships with creators and industry stakeholders to enhance content offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the creators and the platform.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging talents.
- Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements to enhance our value proposition for creators.
5. Content Support:
- Assist creators in navigating the production process and provide resources to help them succeed.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, production) to ensure a seamless experience for creators.
6. Event Management:
- Organize offline events, community engagement and different workshops to promote creator engagement and networking.
- Represent STAGE at industry events, conferences and award ceremonies.
7. Data Management: Maintaining the data of all the talent(actors, creators)
