DAZN is seeking a CRM Manager to drive revenue, up-sell, and subscriber growth targets for their fight sports (boxing and MMA) offerings across the UK, US, and ROW growth markets. This role requires end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, segmentation, personalization, copywriting, and asset briefing for maximum user engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in building lifecycle automations, managing multiple key events, and leading on test and learn initiatives. This is a fast-paced, international environment requiring strong project management, stakeholder management, and a passion for sport or subscription services.

Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager of fight sports, this role focuses on fight sports (mainly boxing and MMA) across the UK, US and ROW growth markets. You will be experienced in end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, segmentation, confident in personalisation, copy writing and briefing assets for maximum user engagement. Familiar with building lifecycle automations, the role will be required to coordinate assets, manage multiple key events in the schedule and lead on test and learn. 
 
DAZN is a fast-paced, commercial environment and you will be expected to manage several workstreams concurrently, so efficient time and project management skills are paramount. Working across the international matrix business, you will harness expertise from product, tech, content, UX, data and analytics to deliver our CRM output for fans around the world, so managing collaborative stakeholder relationships will also be key. 
 
Like sport, no day will be the same and your delivery will cover – the fight schedule, PPV campaigns, lifecycle automations, delivery optimisations and testing and for commercial growth. 
 

As our new CRM Manger, you'll have the opportunity to:

    • Manage multi-channel campaign building for our fight sports CRM schedule driving our revenue, up-sell and subscriber growth targets.  
    • Have the ability to articulately brief campaign and segmentation builds to a CRM operations team for scheduling/dispatch. 
    • Manage creative briefing and coordination and copy writing for fight sports below the line messaging. 
    • Be responsible for personalisation and segmentation for optimal conversion and engagement, utilising data availability and technical capabilities to push the boundaries of CRM. 
    • Champion testing and optimisation of our CRM creative, copy and content in collaboration with DAZN marketing and creative.  

You'll have:

    • Proven experience in a CRM role 
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment, where impeccable time management, agility and fast-thinking is a daily expectation. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage high-priority projects, to tight deadlines. 
    • Excellence in stakeholder management. DAZN, is a multinational matrix organisation and you will be expected to influence the decisions of senior leaders in each market 
    • A passion for sport or a deep understanding of subscription services, ideally in an international context, would be nice to have.
