ABOUT THE ROLE

If you're passionate and driven to help BetMGM thrive, we’re looking for a Lead CRM Manager to be a key part of our CRM team!

 

As the CRM Lead for Live CRM for BetMGM UK, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through dynamic push notifications across all verticals. Your focus will be on optimising the customer experience during key events and promotions, leveraging timely communications to enhance player retention and excitement. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Live CRM strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation, and delivering impactful results that resonate with our diverse player base.
 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

         Own the creation and implementation of data-driven Live CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement through real-time communications during key events across all verticals.

         Optimise push notification campaigns to improve player experience and drive commercial success across various gaming offerings.

         Lead data analysis to maximise ROI and ROE, using insights to boost player value and engagement in real-time.

         Utilise customer insights to deliver timely, personalised push notifications that resonate with players across the iGaming industry.

         Monitor budgets and performance targets for Live CRM initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and driving actions to exceed objectives.

         Design and execute automated customer journeys for live events and promotions, refining segmentation for optimal campaign effectiveness and profitability.

         Guide and train CRM Managers to foster growth and expertise within the team.

         Lead onboarding and training for new team members, equipping them with essential skills for a fast-paced Live CRM environment.

         Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation in Live CRM activities to enhance engagement strategies.

         Share insights across the team to promote a collaborative environment focused on shared success and continuous improvement.

        CRM Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRM platforms, campaign execution, and industry best practices, with a focus on player engagement and retention.

        Accountability & Compliance: A high level of accountability, with a strong commitment to meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance across all campaigns.
