LeoVegas Group is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead internal storytelling during a transformative period. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role focuses on transformation programs and executive communications. The manager will partner with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to craft narratives around change and strategic priorities, driving global messaging, executive visibility, and corporate content planning. Responsibilities include developing internal communications strategies, translating change plans into narratives, providing counsel and content creation for the C-suite, managing CEO visibility, creating a global internal communications calendar, overseeing project management, coordinating crisis communications, and coaching senior stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in internal communications.
  • Proven track record managing communications for change initiatives.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive advisory skills.
  • Experience with strategic communication planning.
Good to have:
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Experience coordinating crisis communications.

LeoVegas Group is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead our internal storytelling at a transformative moment in our company journey. Based within the Corporate Communications team and reporting to the Director of Communications, you will spearhead our communications efforts across the organisation, with a strong focus on our transformation programme and executive communications.
This is a high-impact role that will see you partner directly with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to craft narratives around change, strategic priorities, and employee engagement. You will own and drive global messaging, executive visibility, and corporate content planning – ensuring alignment across functions, geographies, and our wider business strategy.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Leading the internal communications strategy supporting our group-wide transformation programme.
  • Partnering with functional leaders to translate change plans into clear and compelling internal narratives.
  • Providing dedicated communication counsel and content creation support to the C-suite, including internal announcements, leadership presentations, and town halls.
  • Managing the internal visibility of the CEO, including planning and execution of high-impact internal events.
  • Developing and implementing a global internal communications calendar, including weekly and monthly business updates.
  • Overseeing internal communication project management, cascading strategic content through appropriate channels.
  • Coordinating internal crisis communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across teams.
  • Coaching senior stakeholders to improve communication impact and engagement with employees globally.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in internal communications, preferably in fast-paced or global organisations.
  • Proven track record managing communications for large-scale change or transformation initiatives.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills – able to make complex ideas engaging and relatable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and advise at executive level.
  • Experience with strategic communication planning across multiple channels and audiences.

NICE TO HAVES
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
  • Experience coordinating internal and external communications during crisis scenarios.
