Joining our community of solvers as a Financial Crime Compliance Consultant Manager, would mean that you’ll be given the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of FCC advisory engagements; from understanding client challenges, empowering and working alongside the team to ensure we add value by delivering quality sustained outcomes in a timely manner.In doing so, responsibilities for this role would include, but are not limited to:
Understanding diverse technical challenges our clients are facing in relation to AML/CFT/Bribery/Corruption/Sanctions and related areas
Overseeing the allocation of work and supporting the specialised team as necessary
Reviewing the work and mentoring team members along the way
Supporting the team with the organisation, preparation and delivery of training sessions
Liaising and collaborating with colleagues across the Firm on other Regulatory and Compliance areas
Keeping up to date with with the local and international AML/CFT and sanctions scene
Initiating and contributing to conversations with leaders aimed to solve important problems for current or prospective clients
About You
From a technical background, as a successful candidate, you would need:
A relevant degree; such as Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in:
Advocacy
Criminology
Banking & Finance
a compliance related subject matter
A relevant AML/CFT qualification e.g. ICA or ACAMS or is in the process of sitting for such studies
5+ years of experience in the Financial Crime Compliance field; equipping you to build a strong and practical understanding of how to implement AML/CFT frameworks that meet local legal and regulatory requirements
Proven track record of leading compliance initiatives and managing teams

fluent in English and Maltese
