Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves serving as a Product Manager for Crossfire Online in the Chinese market. Responsibilities include overseeing the launch and publishing of game content aligned with business plans, managing communication with Chinese stakeholders, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and data. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in Chinese service/development within the gaming industry (PC/mobile projects included) and proven data analysis skills. Strong business-level Chinese communication skills and a deep understanding of the Chinese market are essential. Experience in launching games in China and native fluency in both Chinese and Korean are highly valued. The position is based at Smilegate Campus in Seongnam, South Korea.
Must have:
- 3+ years China service/development experience
- 3+ years KPI & data analysis experience
- Fluent business Chinese
- Understanding of FPS games
- Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
- China game launch experience
- Native Chinese & Korean
- Game IP service experience

자격요건
- 동종 업계 (PC, 모바일 프로젝트 포함) 중국 서비스/개발 경력 3년 이상이신 분
- KPI 지표 및 컨텐츠/데이터 통계 분석 및 관리 경력 3년 이상이신 분
- 원활한 비지니스 중국어 회화 구사 능력 보유하신 분
- FPS 장르에 대한 기본적인 이해도 보유, 게임을 좋아하시는 분
필요역량
- MS Office 및 문서 작성 스킬을 보유하신 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력이 있으신 분
- 중국 현지시장에 대한 이해도가 깊으신 분
- 협업/팀워크 중시 태도를 가지신 분
우대사항
- 중국 게임 런칭 경험이 있으신 분
- 중국어 및 한국어 실력이 Native 수준이신 분
- 게임 IP 서비스 경력 보유하신 분
