Key Responsibilities:
Building strong and healthy customer relations
Daily follow up on customer cases/answering customer questions (phone calls, e-mails, changing of bookings, changes of truckings etc.)
Being on top of changes happening and making sure to advise the customer pro-actively with the change and a plan
Secure equipment flow
Eliminating errors by finding the root cause and take the corrective action
Close collaboration with Sales organization to ensure our commercial- and operational agenda is aligned
Working on a global scale with the customers business
Actively taking part of projects around your customer and making sure that operational perspectives are covered
Securing a continuous high customer engagement through our Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Selling new products and initiatives to customers
Participate in projects (not necessarily related to your customer portfolio)
We are looking for:
Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence
Previous experience in Logistics
Excellent Stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication-skills
Energetic, Well-organized, and Self-Initiated
Analytical and problem-solving skill
Good telephone manner and strong Customer Service mind set and approach
Expertise with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
Outstanding attention to detail
