Nielsen is currently seeking a trainee for a junior client support role. We welcome applications from students who want to gain relevant experience as an apprentice.
In this role you will be assisting with client queries across International markets (primarily Denmark and Nordics), running regular client reports, training on the relevant Nielsen Audience Measurement services and supporting the team to deliver excellent client satisfaction. You will also be supporting and assisting in the management of client accounts (TV broadcasters, media agencies, etc.), and continuing the high levels of service set out by the Audience Measurement Client Service and Delivery team.
Responsibilities
Support the servicing of a market or group of clients by providing excellent day-to-day client support, set up and training
Assist in managing incoming client queries/emails
Assist in training and support to maintain client knowledge of the delivery platforms and data.
Assist in preparation of presentation materials in order to drive client engagement, added value and repeat business
Assist in generation of client data reports
Assist in client report delivery (software extract or analysis)
Assist in the post-sales client onboarding process
Work closely with Sales colleagues
Assist in answering client queries about methodology or data reporting and support on-going Customer Education
Support all pillars of the Customer Success function as needed
