Resource Coordinator

The position will be responsible for overall resource management of the organization for successful project delivery by mapping projects/support work and resource availability/allocation.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Accountable for allocation and utilization of technical resources based on availability, skills, experience, and time zone requirements.

· Regularly monitor resource utilization and billability review of the departments

· Manage project onboarding and offboarding of resources.

· Sharing resource profiles for client and internal resource requirements

· Will review project plans (MS project plan (Gantt chart, WBS, Work breakdown structure), excel) for optimized resource allocation.

· Assist in capacity planning and work closely with the delivery managers and recruitment team.

· Managing the Skill matrix of employees

· Collaborate with HR and delivery team on resource performance related issues, conflicts, and succession planning.

· Collaborate with Training manager, Leads and Project managers for building learning journeys of resources based on skill gaps.

· Managing reports on resource weekly utilization, productivity, billability

Relevant experience in Resource management – 0 to 2 years

IT Education Background required.

Location – Mumbai, Andheri

Timings – 12 PM to 9 PM ( Should be flexible to extend till 10 PM)
