Join People & Organisation (P&O) at PwC Consulting, where we are actively seeking 1 Senior Associate to contribute to the people aspect of organisational development.
About People & Organisation, PwC
P&O is part of PwC Consulting’s Business Transformation department. Here, we all share a passion for providing successful solutions and ensuring a thorough implementation by using a people centric approach. We work with a variety of different projects and organisations, and our primary offerings are:

Preferred qualifications
We imagine you hold a relevant Master’s degree with a background in management, psychology, technology, sustainability management, communication or similar. As a Senior Associate in P&O, it is a requirement that you have consulting experience, either as an inhouse consultant or in an external consultant. Preferably, you hold relevant certifications like PRINCE2, SAFe, ADKAR etc, but it is not a requirement. Furthermore, we expect that you have worked closely with at least one of our key service areas, as your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, leading change management initiatives, driving project management for large-scale transformations, implementing strategic frameworks, overseeing PMO activities and support the continued maturation of PwC Consulting’s sustainability and ESG advisory services and market presence.
Role requirements
Senior Associate: You have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with any of our primary offerings
You are experienced in supporting a project (end-to-end)
You have worked in consulting and hold a great understanding of business development, and building client relationships
You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
You have a strong focus on creating value and transferring knowledge to our clients
You live in Denmark during the employment
It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken English, and that you have intermediate to advanced experience in working with the Microsoft Office package.
