Principal Software Engineer - DLP

The Israeli team is working on a new and innovative cybersecurity solution and is looking for a Principal Software Engineer. 

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of the DLP Policy Engine.

Here are the key components of your role:

• Possess strong technical knowledge, particularly in C++ programming.
• Understand the intricacies of API design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiently debug complex issues, especially those reported by customers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to APIs and microservices.
• Experience with both multi-tenant and single -tenant software solutions. 
• Very nice to have- experience with Java.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, plan, design, code, test, and maintain software components.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, security protocols, and scalability considerations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Very strong proficiency in C++ programming, additional proficiency in Java (or Python) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Excellent debugging skills
