Job Description

Logitech seeks a data-driven intern for its Global B2B Supply Chain team. The intern will support customer collaboration by analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards for Global Deal deployments. Responsibilities include data analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency; maintaining and updating dashboards; generating reports on customer activity and project progress; and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, data visualization software), excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and knowledge of supply chain management are preferred.

The Team and Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and data-driven intern to join our Global B2B Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our customer collaboration efforts by analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards to support Global Deal deployments for B2B End customer projects.  You will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to the success of our team.

The Data & Analytics Intern (Global B2B Supply Chain) is responsible for supporting the Global B2B Customer Collaboration team in running reports, analyzing data to identify gaps and supporting in additional administrative tasks related to supply chain and Global Product portfolio information required for deal deployments.

  • Data Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze data related to customer deployments, support interactions, and supply chain operations.

    • Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve customer experience and team efficiency.

    • Assist in developing data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

  • Dashboard Management:

    • Maintain and update existing dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer collaboration and supply chain performance.

    • Create new dashboards to visualize important data and provide insights to the team.

  • Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports on customer activity, support trends, and project progress.

    • Prepare presentations and summaries of data analysis findings for stakeholders.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing communication channels.

    • Support the team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Have completed a Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, data visualization software).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.

  • Interest in Supply Chain and complex global deal deployments
