Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Design Team Lead to lead and develop a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence. The role involves overseeing the delivery of design projects to ensure they meet client expectations for quality, innovation, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities include driving design standards, participating in Technical Practice Networks, aligning work with key sector priorities, managing team resourcing and financial performance, ensuring compliance, and mentoring staff for professional growth. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building high-performing teams, mentoring talent, maintaining strong client relationships, driving business development, communicating with influence and confidence, and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
