How you’ll make a difference 

• Lead and develop a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and technical excellence.

• Oversee the delivery of design projects to ensure they meet client expectations for quality, innovation, budget and timelines.

• Drive design standards, participate in Technical Practice Networks and align work with key sector priorities and future pursuits.

• Manage team resourcing, financial performance and compliance while mentoring and supporting professional growth.
