The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Coordinator provides exceptional service to members and guests, supporting sales leaders and teams. Responsibilities include reporting, inventory management, managing sales rotations, coordinating sales counselors, and handling guest inquiries. The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and operational skills. Duties involve maintaining logs, implementing operational adjustments, monitoring equipment, and transporting materials. Exceptional guest service and the ability to manage daily sales incentives are crucial. The coordinator reports to the Sales Support & Services Manager.

Job Summary:

Today, Disney Vacation Club has more than 250,000 member families, from all 50 states and approximately 100 countries, who have discovered the joys of membership.”

The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all Members and Guests while extending operational support to site Sales Leaders and onsite Teams.  You will collaborate with and support the Operations Leadership, Sales, and Advanced Sales Team in supporting the Cast. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, reporting, collateral and inventory management, managing sales rotation line-ups, and coordinating Sales Counselors in all in-market locations.  As front-line Cast Members, they are expected to demonstrate the Disney difference when greeting and assisting all Guests. Furthermore, this role also delivers superior Guest service, answering inbound phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, and directing Guests appropriately.  You will also assign tasks, issue and audit daily sales incentives, and work within other areas of the operation.

You will report to the Sales Support & Services Manager.

This is a Full-Time role.

Responsibilities/You Will:

  • Complete opening and closing checklists

  • Maintain the model tour log and notify security partners

  • Implement operational adjustments based on demand

  • Monitor equipment and systems and notify appropriate departments or partners of any concerns

  • Help with Guest situations and Guest service recovery

  • Communicate operational concerns and suggest process improvements to Leadership

  • Transport Guides and Materials to different Disney Vacation Club locations throughout the Resort

Basic Qualifications/You Have:

  • A valid California State driver's license

  • Ability to manage conflict and resolution within the area

  • Comfort lifting 10 lbs

  • Experience handling confidential information

  • Former experience as a Manager, Coordinator, or Trainer

  • Familiarity with the Disney Vacation Club product

  • Comfort driving an extended passenger van to pick up Guests scheduled to visit the preview center

  • Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies

  • Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays

Education:

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA is $28.00 to $30.80 per hour. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
