As an E-Casino Team Member you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable and entertaining experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests expectations.
You will;
· Ensure all customers & particularly electronic gaming customers receive high-quality customer service to facilitate their play, ensuring profitable admissions, aided by pre-approved promotions
· Maximise revenue from all electronic gaming product, by ensuring excellent customer service, supporting the Grosvenor Brand Standards & assisting management in the financial analysis of all equipment
· Have a basic knowledge of the technical specification of the electronic gaming products & related management systems, including the capability to diagnose & resolve day-to-day operating issues which may adversely impact the customer experience &/or the accuracy of financial reports
